We have multiple exciting opportunities for Peer Guides and Expert Coaches to join our small but mighty team and help us build from the ground-up. If you’re passionate about supporting caregivers and connecting them with resources to support their children with disabilities, we’d love to meet you. Help us connect with families across the country and build a robust support network to ease the demands on caregivers and get kids the resources and support they deserve.
Your empathetic nature, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to fostering positive relationships with our members. You may also bring subject matter expertise to your role as a Peer Guide to support members in live 1:1 and group settings, as well as crafting Quilt messaging and parent resources.
You will partner with parents at all stages of the journey from infants to teens, those with early questions about developmental differences to seasoned parents seeking support for transition programs and young adult life. With the collaboration of other Guides, experts, and back-end researchers, you’ll be part of an integrated team working together to take tasks off the plates of busy caregivers, ease their stress and build their confidence as parent advocates.
All roles are remote with highly flexible hours to suit your busy schedule. Disabled and neurodivergent folks are encouraged to apply.
